Pricing
I have hours by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The fee for a first time patient is $135 and regular office visits are $75. The first visit can be up to an hour. Follow up visits are allotted 30 minutes. I make special effort to operate with an on time schedule. I respect your time and ask you to respect mine.

PAYMENT
The procedures I use are varied and often not covered by a procedural code from the insurance carrier. In regard to this I do not participate or bill insurance plans. I do not take credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments missed without notice will be charged a full office visit. I have a waiting list and I can contact the people on it, if given notice. I operate a point of service practice in that payment is due when service is rendered.
