Pricing
I have hours by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The fee for a first time patient is $155 and regular office visits are $90. The first visit can be up to an hour. Follow up visits are allotted 30 minutes. I make special effort to operate with an on time schedule. I respect your time and ask you to respect mine.
The Lasers therapy will also be available for multiple visits, for example a package of 10 Laser sessions can be purchased.
I will also have a laser available for rental if deemed necessary.

PAYMENT
The treatments I use are varied and often not covered by procedural codes from the insurance carriers.
In regards to this I do not participate with insurance plans. I do not take credit cards, or electronic payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments missed without notice will be charged a full office visit. I often have a waiting list. I operate a point of service practice, in that payment is due when service is rendered.
